Registration and payment

Registration is open to judokas born in 2015 and older who are a member of the Dutch Judo Federation (JBN) or a member of a national judo association recognized by the International Judo Federation (IJF).

Registration fee: for -13 and -15 € 15,- and for -17 and +17 € 20,-
Final registration and payment due date is Sunday November 2, 2025. Please specify exact weight in kg.

If the tournament is oversubscribed or has reached the maximum amount of participants, the organization will close
the subscriptions (with the exception of the -17). In case of over-subscription, fees will be refunded. By participating
you give the organization your consent to publish content, photos and videos on the internet and the regular
mainstream news media. In addition, you are required to wear a sponsored back patch, which will be provided by
the organization on the tournament days.

Weight changes

Any changes in the previous registered weight can be reported free of charge until Tuesday November 11th 2025 by
email to the following email address: inschrijvingen@opentwentsjudokampioenschap.nl
An amount of € 5,00 will be charged for any weight changes on the day of tournament.
